目的：分析质量控制对血液检验结果的影响。方法选取于2014年3月～2015年3月在我院接受治疗的40例患者进行血样检验，采用随机数字表法将检验血样分为对照组和观察组，对照组进行常规检验，观察组给予质量控制检验，对两组血液检验的结果进行比较。结果观察组血样中的C-肽、Ca125、Ca199、CEA以及AFP的变异指数均低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论在血液检验过程中应用质量控制能够使检验结果的准确性显著提高，能够为临床治疗提供更加准确的参考依据。
목적：분석질량공제대혈액검험결과적영향。방법선취우2014년3월～2015년3월재아원접수치료적40례환자진행혈양검험，채용수궤수자표법장검험혈양분위대조조화관찰조，대조조진행상규검험，관찰조급여질량공제검험，대량조혈액검험적결과진행비교。결과관찰조혈양중적C-태、Ca125、Ca199、CEA이급AFP적변이지수균저우대조조，차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론재혈액검험과정중응용질량공제능구사검험결과적준학성현저제고，능구위림상치료제공경가준학적삼고의거。
Objective To analyse the affect of quality control on results of blood-testing. Methods 40 patients who were received and treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were selected. These patients were received blood testing. And then the samples were divided into control group and study group according to random digits table. The samples in control group were given conventional test while samples in study group were given quality control test. The test results of two groups were compared. Results The variance Index of C-peptide,Ca125,Ca199,CEA and AFP in study group were lower than counterparts in control group. There was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Application of quality control in the blood test process control can make the accuracy of the test results significantly improved. The method can also provide more accurate reference for the clinical treatment.
