研究了基于免割收获的双行谷物脱粒装置。通过室内试验,以脱粒总损失率、含杂率为性能指标,对滚筒转速、滚筒出口脱粒间隙和脱粒元件总高度3个因素进行回归试验。同时,通过分析处理试验结果得到因素在试验范围内对指标的影响规律,优化并确定脱粒装置的最佳参数组合为:滚筒转速795 r/min、出口脱粒间隙22mm(入口脱粒间隙28mm)、脱粒元件总高40mm。
研究瞭基于免割收穫的雙行穀物脫粒裝置。通過室內試驗,以脫粒總損失率、含雜率為性能指標,對滾筒轉速、滾筒齣口脫粒間隙和脫粒元件總高度3箇因素進行迴歸試驗。同時,通過分析處理試驗結果得到因素在試驗範圍內對指標的影響規律,優化併確定脫粒裝置的最佳參數組閤為:滾筒轉速795 r/min、齣口脫粒間隙22mm(入口脫粒間隙28mm)、脫粒元件總高40mm。

Research the double row of grain threshing mechanism based on free-cutting harvest.Under the provisions of feed rate, the roller speed, exit threshing gap and the total height of the threshing elements were tested according to the regression test methods.And then analyze the test data in aid of statistical software, get the influence of the rate of loss impurity rate and other performance indicators.for the roller-speed, exit threshing gap and the total height of the threshing elements within the test range.Finally, optimize and get the best threshing device parameter combination of three factors.
