目的:对血液检验在贫血诊断中的临床应用效果进行分析探讨。方法选取于2014年1月~2015年2月来我院就诊的地中海贫血患者和缺铁性贫血患者各24例,分别设置为A组和B组;再选取24例健康成人设置为C组,比较三组人员血液检测的相关指标。结果A、B组的MCV、MCH均显著低于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组的RDW与MCHC与A组和C组的数据对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);就RBA数据而言,A组的RBA高于C组,B组的RBA低于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组和B组的检测特异性、灵敏度及符合率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血液检测在贫血鉴别诊断中效果显著,通过对RBC、MCV、MCH、RDW、MCHC等指标能够作为贫血诊断的标准。

Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of blood test in diagnosis of anemia. Methods The patients with thalassemia and the patients with iron-deficiency anemia who were treated in hospital were selected from January 2014 to February 2015 and divided them into Group A and Group B,24 patients of each group. And 24 cases of healthy people were chose as Group C. And blood related indexes were compared of these three groups. Results The levels of MCV and MCH of Group A and Group B were quite lower than those in Group C,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05). The levels of RDW and MCHC of Group B were quite different from that of Group A and Group C,there is significant difference between them(P<0.05). The level of RBA of A group was much higher than that of Group C. The level of RBA of B group was much lower than that of Group C. The difference is significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference between Group A and Group B in detection specificity,sensitivity and coincidence rate(P>0.05). Conclusion Blood test is effective in diagnosis of anemia. The level of RBC,MCV,MCH,RDW,MCHC and other indicators can be used as criteria in diagnosis of anemia. Blood test is quite worthwhile to be promoted and applied in clinical diagnosis of anemia.
