目的：探讨中西医结合在急性胰腺炎治疗中的疗效和对病程的影响。方法选择2011年10月～2014年10月在湖北省武汉市汉南区人民医院确诊为急性胰腺炎患者102例，随机分为治疗组（52例）和对照组（50例）；两组均采用禁食、胃肠减压、抗感染、生长抑素应用、营养支持及维持水盐电解质平衡等治疗。治疗组在此基础上采用大柴胡汤合大陷胸汤加减、清胰汤或清胰承气汤给予保留灌肠及胃管灌注，后期以八珍汤合健脾和胃药加减口服。比较两组疗效、并发症、病程。结果两组患者腹痛、腹胀缓解时间、肠功能恢复时间、腹水吸收时间、并发症发生率、住院时间等方面比较（P<0.05），差异有统计学意义。结论中西医结合治疗急性胰腺炎能有效缩短病程，减少并发症发生率，提高急性胰腺炎治愈率。

목적：탐토중서의결합재급성이선염치료중적료효화대병정적영향。방법선택2011년10월～2014년10월재호북성무한시한남구인민의원학진위급성이선염환자102례，수궤분위치료조（52례）화대조조（50례）；량조균채용금식、위장감압、항감염、생장억소응용、영양지지급유지수염전해질평형등치료。치료조재차기출상채용대시호탕합대함흉탕가감、청이탕혹청이승기탕급여보류관장급위관관주，후기이팔진탕합건비화위약가감구복。비교량조료효、병발증、병정。결과량조환자복통、복창완해시간、장공능회복시간、복수흡수시간、병발증발생솔、주원시간등방면비교（P<0.05），차이유통계학의의。결론중서의결합치료급성이선염능유효축단병정，감소병발증발생솔，제고급성이선염치유솔。
Objective To explore the clinical application effect and course of combined Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of acute pancreatitis. Methods 102 cases of acute pancreatitis were selected from October 2011 to October 2014 in our hospital,the patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(52 cases)and the control group(52 cases). The control group was given fasting,gastrointestinal decompression,anti-infective, somatostatin,nutrition support,maintaining water and electrolyte balanced and so on. Dachaihu Decoction with Daxianxiong Decoction,Qingyi Decoction or enema with Qingyichengqi Decoction were added to the treatment group. Bazhen Decoction and Jianpihewei Decoction were also taken in later stages. Compared the effects ,complication and course between two groups. Results Compared the time of al eviating abdominal distension and stomachache,recovery of intestinal function and ascites absorption(P<0.05). We also compared the length of hospital stay and complication rates(P<0.05). Differences were statistical y significant. Conclusion Combined Chinese and western medicine has obvious curative effect to shorten the duration of symptoms,reduce complications and improve the cure rate of acute pancreatitis.
