综述了乳腺癌病人内分泌治疗依从性评价方法及工具、乳腺癌内分泌治疗病人的依从性现状及影响因素；提出针对我国乳腺癌内分泌治疗病人的依从性现状，有必要根据健康行为相关理论，对进行内分泌治疗的乳腺癌病人进行系统的、有针对性的护理干预，建立并评估乳腺癌病人内分泌治疗依从性干预和治疗后随访管理模型，建立标准化流程。

It summarized the evaluation methods,tools,the status quo and influencing factors of compliance of breast cancer patients on endocrine therapy.It put forward the status quo of compliance of breast cancer patients on endocrine therapy in China.It is necessary to make systematic and targeted nursing intervention for endo-crine therapy of breast cancer patients based on health behavior theory,to establish and evaluate the follow up management model of compliance of breast cancer patients on endocrine therapy after intervention and treat-ment,to establish the standardization process.
