目的：探讨冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者检测同型半胱氨酸的临床价值。方法：实验组为80例冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者，对照组为80例同期健康体检者，同时进行同型半胱氨酸浓度水平的检测，对实验结果进行分析。结果：浓度水平分析显示，与对照组比较实验组患者的同型半胱氨酸浓度水平有显著性升高，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；同型半胱氨酸灵敏度为87.50%，特异性为98.75%；临床检测结果一致性分析可见，将临床确诊结果作为金标准，同型半胱氨酸检测结果中包括70例真阳性，79例真阴性，1例假阳性和10例假阴性，通过Kappa一致性分析可得Kappa值为0.86。结论：同型半胱氨酸对于冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的辅助诊断具有一定的临床价值，它具有较高的灵敏度和特异性，与临床确诊结果具有较高的一致性。
목적：탐토관상동맥죽양경화성심장병환자검측동형반광안산적림상개치。방법：실험조위80례관상동맥죽양경화성심장병환자，대조조위80례동기건강체검자，동시진행동형반광안산농도수평적검측，대실험결과진행분석。결과：농도수평분석현시，여대조조비교실험조환자적동형반광안산농도수평유현저성승고，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；동형반광안산령민도위87.50%，특이성위98.75%；림상검측결과일치성분석가견，장림상학진결과작위금표준，동형반광안산검측결과중포괄70례진양성，79례진음성，1례가양성화10례가음성，통과Kappa일치성분석가득Kappa치위0.86。결론：동형반광안산대우관상동맥죽양경화성심장병적보조진단구유일정적림상개치，타구유교고적령민도화특이성，여림상학진결과구유교고적일치성。
ObjectiveTo explore the clinical significance of the Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease by the Homocysteine testing.Methods Choosing 80 cases of patients with the Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease for the experimental group, and 80 cases of healthy check-up for the control group, testing the Homocysteine, analyze the resultscomprehensively.Results Compared with the control group, there was significantly higher of the experimental group of the Homocysteine results(P<0.05). The positive rate of the Homocysteine was 87.50% and the Specificity rate was 98.75%. Consistency analysis clinical test results, the results of clinical diagnosis as the gold standard, homocysteine detection results are included in the 70 cases of true positive, 79 cases of true negative, 1 period period negative, positive and 10 by Kappa consistency analysis available Kappa value was 0.86.Conclusion Homocysteine in coronary atherosclerosis sex heart disease of auxiliary diagnosis has certain clinical value, it has high sensitivity and specificity, good consistency with the results of clinical diagnosis.
