变应性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)是机体接触变应原后主要由IgE介导的鼻黏膜非感染性炎性疾病,属于Ⅰ型变态反应。AR病理过程中涉及多种免疫活性细胞和组织细胞,这些细胞可以合成或释放多种细胞因子与炎性介质。目前AR具体的发病机制尚未完全明确,白细胞介素是近些年研究的主要着眼点,对其进一步研究将为AR的防治带来新方案。

Allergic rhinitis(AR) is a noninfectious inflammatory disease of the nasal mucosa, is mediated by IgE after the body contact allergens, belong toⅠtype of allergy. In AR pathological process, involving a variety of immune active cells and tissue cells, these cells can synthesis or release a variety of cytokines and inflammatory mediators. At present, the AR specific pathogenesis is not fully clear. Interleukin is the main focus research in recent years, further research will bring a new scheme for AR control.
