针对一起变电站发生的母差保护误动事件,分析了其发生原因,由于虚焊引起接触电阻过大,出现异常直流量值,软件没有相应的闭锁措施,导致发生区外故障时,满足保护启动条件,最终保护误动出口。对硬件生产工艺及保护软件闭锁逻辑进行了改进,为避免类似事故再次发生提供参考。

Aiming at a busbar differential protection misoperation accident in substation, this paper analyzed its occurrence reasons. Cold solder joint made contact resistance too large, so as to produce abnormal direct current value, but the software hadn’t the corresponding latching measures, which led to meet starting condition of protection when external faults happened and ultimately the misoperation exit was protected. The hardware manufacturing technique and protection software latching logic were improved to avoid the same accident happen-ing once more.
