目的 观察肘关节镜下复位经皮内固定治疗桡骨小头骨折的临床疗效.方法 2010年1月至2014年1月对15例桡骨小头骨折患者,其中MasonⅡ型13例,MasonⅢ型2例,均采用肘关节镜下复位经皮内固定技术治疗.肘关节镜监视下行肘关节血肿清理、损伤软骨修整、碎片摘除、骨折复位及内固定.结果 所有患者术后均获得6~ 14个月的随访.末次随访时,肘关节屈伸活动度为(130±8)°,旋转活动度为(135±9)°.通过肘关节活动度及Mayo肘关节功能评分进行疗效评定:优10例,良4例,可l例.结论 肘关节镜下复位经皮内固定治疗桡骨小头骨折临床疗效满意,手术创伤小,有利于肘关节的功能恢复.

Objective To evaluate the clinical outcomes of treating radial head fractures with reduction and percutaneous fixation under elbow arthroscopy.Methods Fifteen cases of radial head fractures treated between January 2010 and January 2014 were involved in the study.There were 13 cases of Mason Ⅱ fractures and 2 cases of Mason Ⅲ fractures.All the fractures were treated with arthroscope assisted reduction and percutaneous internal fixation.Under elbow arthroscopy monitoring,intra-articular hematoma removal,cartilage repair,bone chip removal,and fracture reduction and fixation were done.Results All the patients were follow-up for 6 to 14 months postoperatively.The last follow-up and evaluation revealed (130 ± 8)° of elbow flexion/extension and (135± 9)° of forearm rotation.Judged by the elbow joint range of motion and the Mayo elbow function scores,the results were excellent in 10 cases,good in 4 cases and fair in 1 case.Conclusion Arthroscopic-assisted reduction and internal fixation of radial head fractures can lead to satisfactory clinical outcomes,is minimally invasive and is ideal for elbow function recovery.
