目的：观察马来酸氟吡汀治疗腰椎间盘突出症疼痛的临床疗效和安全性。方法选取符合腰椎间盘突出症疼痛患者80例，随机均分为观察组（口服马来酸氟吡汀胶囊）和对照组（口服洛芬待因缓释片），对比两组的临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗后疼痛视觉模拟评分法( VAS )评分显著低于对照组( P<0.05)；观察组临床总有效率为100.00%，高于对照组的95.00%，但差异无统计学意义( P<0.05)；观察组的不良反应轻微，与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义( P>0.05)。结论马来酸氟吡汀治疗腰椎间盘突出症疼痛有较好的临床疗效，且安全性高，可临床推广。
목적：관찰마래산불필정치료요추간반돌출증동통적림상료효화안전성。방법선취부합요추간반돌출증동통환자80례，수궤균분위관찰조（구복마래산불필정효낭）화대조조（구복락분대인완석편），대비량조적림상료효화불량반응발생정황。결과관찰조치료후동통시각모의평분법( VAS )평분현저저우대조조( P<0.05)；관찰조림상총유효솔위100.00%，고우대조조적95.00%，단차이무통계학의의( P<0.05)；관찰조적불량반응경미，여대조조비교，차이무통계학의의( P>0.05)。결론마래산불필정치료요추간반돌출증동통유교호적림상료효，차안전성고，가림상추엄。
Objective To research the clinical efficacy and safety of flupirtine maleate for treating pain of intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods 80 cases of pain of intervertebral disc protrusion conformed to the inclusion criteria were selected and divided into the ob-servation group and the control group randomly. The observation group was given oral flupirtine maleate and the control group was given oral Ibuprofen Codeine Sustained Release Tablets. The clinical effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The visual analogue scale ( VAS ) score after treatment in the observation group was distinctly lower than that in control group ( P < 0. 05 );while the clinical efficacy was higher than that in the control group ( 100. 00% vs. 95. 00%) , the differences were statistical significant( P < 0. 05) . The adverse reactions in the observation group were mild, had no statistical difference compared with the control group( P >0. 05). Conclusion Flupirtine maleate has better effect and high safety for the treatment of pain of intervertebral disc protrusion.
