研究不同激素组合处理对小鼠超数排卵及产仔性能的影响,以便获得适宜的超数排卵的激素使用剂量。分别用不同剂量孕马血清促性腺激素(PMSG)和人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)注入小鼠体内进行超数排卵处理,比较激素处理后小鼠卵母细胞成熟率、产仔数、胎儿出生重及性别比。结果显示,5 IU PMSG+5 IU HCG剂量组和10 IU PMSG+10 IU HCG剂量组合相比较,卵母细胞成熟率差异不显著(P>0.05),5 IU PMSG+5 IU HCG剂量组平均产仔数最高;10 IU PMSG+10 IU HCG剂量组的胎儿平均初生重最高,但产仔数少。综合以上,在实验中,5 IU PMSG+5 IU HCG剂量组合进行超排处理效果最好。

연구불동격소조합처리대소서초수배란급산자성능적영향,이편획득괄의적초수배란적격소사용제량。분별용불동제량잉마혈청촉성선격소(PMSG)화인융모막촉성선격소(HCG)주입소서체내진행초수배란처리,비교격소처리후소서란모세포성숙솔、산자수、태인출생중급성별비。결과현시,5 IU PMSG+5 IU HCG제량조화10 IU PMSG+10 IU HCG제량조합상비교,란모세포성숙솔차이불현저(P>0.05),5 IU PMSG+5 IU HCG제량조평균산자수최고;10 IU PMSG+10 IU HCG제량조적태인평균초생중최고,단산자수소。종합이상,재실험중,5 IU PMSG+5 IU HCG제량조합진행초배처리효과최호。
The study was conducted to investigate the effects of different dose hormone on super-ovulation and reproductive performance in mice in order to get the better methods of super-ovulation. The mouse was treated by the different dose PMSG and HCG for super-ovulation to compare with mouse oocyte of maturation rate,litter size,fetal birth weight and sex ratio. The results showed that there was not significant maturation rate of mouse oocytes between 5 IU PMSG+5 IU HCG group and 10 IU PMSG+10 IU HCG group (P>0.05).5 IU PMSG+5 IU HCG group was the highest for average litter size in all groups,and 10 IU PMSG+10 IU HCG group was the highest in fetal mean birth weight,but the litter size was the lowest. In this study,5 IU PMSG+5 IU HCG group was better for mouse super-ovulation.
