目的:观察微创碎吸术后依达拉奉对高血压脑出血血肿引流物中超氧化物歧化酶和丙二醛水平的影响。方法将60例高血压脑出血患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组加用依达拉奉治疗,应用黄嘌呤氧化酶法监测血肿引流物中超氧化物歧化酶及丙二醛的动态变化。结果两组比较,观察组术后48 h和72 h检测血肿引流物中超氧化物歧化酶质量浓度较高,而丙二醛质量浓度较低。观察者患者总体有效率高于对照组( P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉可增高高血压脑出血血肿引流物中超氧化物歧化酶水平,降低丙二醛水平,有利于患者康复。

목적:관찰미창쇄흡술후의체랍봉대고혈압뇌출혈혈종인류물중초양화물기화매화병이철수평적영향。방법장60례고혈압뇌출혈환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조,각30례,대조조채용상규치료,관찰조가용의체랍봉치료,응용황표령양화매법감측혈종인류물중초양화물기화매급병이철적동태변화。결과량조비교,관찰조술후48 h화72 h검측혈종인류물중초양화물기화매질량농도교고,이병이철질량농도교저。관찰자환자총체유효솔고우대조조( P<0.05)。결론의체랍봉가증고고혈압뇌출혈혈종인류물중초양화물기화매수평,강저병이철수평,유리우환자강복。
Objective To observe the effects of edaravone on superoxide dismutase ( SOD ) and malondialdehyde ( MDA ) in hematoma drainage after minimally invasive surgery crashing and aspirating hematoma in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemor-rhage. Methods 60 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage ( HIH ) were divided into the observation group ( n=30 ) and the control group ( n=30 ) . The control group adopted the routine treatment, while on this basis the observation group was added with edar-avone. The dynamic changes of SOD and MDA in hematoma drainage were monitored by using the xanthinoxidase method. Results The mass concentrations of SOD in hematoma drainage at postoperative 48, 72 h in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, whereas the mass concentrations of MDA were lower. The total effect rate of the observation group was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Edaravone can increase the level of SOD and decrease the level of MDA in hematoma drainage after operation of intracerebral hemorrhage and improve the recovery of patients.
