This article introduced the definitions and research progresses of plant modeling. It took the plant modeling of Zhuhai Chimelong construction of landscape engineering as an example, briefly discussed the application of plant modeling. It also suggested that researches should be pay more attention to broaden application, increase plants’ variety and reduce production costs.
