通过不同的栽培基质和激素对竹节树(Carallia brachiata)幼苗进行处理,结果表明:不同基质间竹节树幼苗地径、叶片叶绿素b含量和质膜透性有显著差异(P<0.05);不同激素间竹节树幼苗地径、叶片质膜透性有极显著差异(P<0.01),而苗高、叶绿素a、叶绿素b和总叶绿素含量差异不显著;传统基质60%黄心土+40%塘泥有利于竹节树幼苗苗高、地径生长,改良基质30%黄心土+30%菇渣+40%塘泥则对其生理生化指标有促进作用;使用激素可以提高竹节树幼苗地径、苗高生长,降低其质膜透性,100 mg/LIBA溶液可促进其苗高生长,IBA100mg/L+NAA 50mg/L可提高地径生长、降低叶片质膜透性。

통과불동적재배기질화격소대죽절수(Carallia brachiata)유묘진행처리,결과표명:불동기질간죽절수유묘지경、협편협록소b함량화질막투성유현저차이(P<0.05);불동격소간죽절수유묘지경、협편질막투성유겁현저차이(P<0.01),이묘고、협록소a、협록소b화총협록소함량차이불현저;전통기질60%황심토+40%당니유리우죽절수유묘묘고、지경생장,개량기질30%황심토+30%고사+40%당니칙대기생리생화지표유촉진작용;사용격소가이제고죽절수유묘지경、묘고생장,강저기질막투성,100 mg/LIBA용액가촉진기묘고생장,IBA100mg/L+NAA 50mg/L가제고지경생장、강저협편질막투성。
The effects of different cultivation substrates and hormones on growth ofCarallia brachiataseedlings, physiological and biochemical indexes of leaf were studied. The results showed that it had significant difference in the ground diameter growth of seedlings , chlorophyll b and membrane permeability of leaf between two cultivation substrates. It had highly significant difference in the ground diameters growth and membrane permeability of leaf among different hormones, whereas insignificant difference in seedlings height growth, chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll. Taking 60% yellow soil and 40% pond sludge as cultivation medium was beneficial to ground diameters, height growth ofC. brachiataseedlings. Taking 30% yellow soil and 30% mushroom residue and 40% pond sludge as cultivation medium was more favorable for chlorophyll and membrane permeability. The seedling height growth was highest by using IBA 100 mg·L-1 dipping the root. While dipping root by IBA 100 mg·L-1+NAA 50 mg·L-1was beneficial to seedling ground diameter and membrane permeability.
