以光导型和光伏型 HgCdTe 光电探测器为研究对象,分别用连续波激光和脉冲激光开展了辐照效应实验研究。使用平衡能量流体动力学模型数值模拟了光电探测器对辐照激光的响应过程,数值模拟结果与实验结果符合较好。报道了连续波激光辐照下的热效应和脉冲激光引致的损伤效应等典型实验和数值模拟研究结果,总结了光电探测器对辐照激光的响应机理及其应用前景。

Taking photoconductive (PC)and photovoltaic (PV)HgCdTe detectors as research objectives,the author has conducted radiation response experimental researches with CW (Continu-ous-Wave)and pulsed lasers respectively.The author simulates the radiation laser response process of PV with energy balance hydrodynamic model and the numerous simulation results match the experi-mental results well.The paper reports the representative experimental and simulation results inclu-ding CW-laser-induced thermal effect and pulse-laser-induced damage effect and then concludes the response mechanism and future applications of PV detector for radiation laser.
