器官移植的术后排斥反应是影响移植器官生存率的主要问题。microRNA-155(miR-155)被认为是免疫稳态的一种关键性调节因子,在炎症反应、抗原呈递、淋巴细胞分化和细胞因子产生等控制排斥免疫过程中发挥重要作用,因此可能成为控制排斥反应的新治疗靶点,以及作为排斥反应的生物标记物。
器官移植的術後排斥反應是影響移植器官生存率的主要問題。microRNA-155(miR-155)被認為是免疫穩態的一種關鍵性調節因子,在炎癥反應、抗原呈遞、淋巴細胞分化和細胞因子產生等控製排斥免疫過程中髮揮重要作用,因此可能成為控製排斥反應的新治療靶點,以及作為排斥反應的生物標記物。

Organ transplantation has become one of the most important means to treat end-stage organ diseases, but allograft rejection remains a major problem affecting the survival rate of transplanted organs. MicroRNA-155 (miR-155) is considered to be a key regulator in immune homeostasis. Increasing observations show that miR-155, a center regulator in the process of inflammatory response, antigen presentation, lymphocyte differentiation, cytokine production and so on, plays an important role in the development of transplant rejection. More and more evidences show the differential expression of miR-155 along with the presence of organ transplant rejections, suggesting that miR-155 could be a biomarker of organ transplant rejection.
