目的:探索一种加样方法,用于抗生素微生物检定法中滴加抗生素溶液。方法:根据抗生素微生物检定法实验原理,通过对加样误差来源的分析,比较实验生物统计结果,筛选最佳滴加溶液方法。结果与结论:用微量移液器加样,定量270μL(以下称本方法),其速度快、间隔时间短、加样量准确、减少实验误差,生物检定统计可靠性测验获得较好的结果,是抗生素微生物检定法实验中较好的加样方法。

목적:탐색일충가양방법,용우항생소미생물검정법중적가항생소용액。방법:근거항생소미생물검정법실험원리,통과대가양오차래원적분석,비교실험생물통계결과,사선최가적가용액방법。결과여결론:용미량이액기가양,정량270μL(이하칭본방법),기속도쾌、간격시간단、가양량준학、감소실험오차,생물검정통계가고성측험획득교호적결과,시항생소미생물검정법실험중교호적가양방법。
O bjective: To explore a sampling method that is used for antibiotics solution dropping in microbiological assay of antibiotics. Methods: Microbiological assays of antibiotics were compared for their differences of experimental principles, source about sampling error and results of experiments to choose the best methods of dropwise adding antibiotics solution. Results and Conclusion: Micropipettor sampling, quantitative 270 μL, was proved to have fast speed, short interval time, precise sample volume, reduced experimental error and better results in reliability bioassay test, which showed to be the better sampling method in the experiment.
