基于符号互动理论的教学沙龙是高校教师教学发展中的一个有益途径,对教师的专业发展具有举足轻重的作用。由于当前教学沙龙的局限性,教学沙龙应注意追求教师相互研修及自我组织化,主题选择应立足教学,辐射教师的个人情感和心理发展,并不断优化沙龙流程。

Based on the theory of symbolic interaction, teaching salon, as a useful way to pro-moting teaching of college teachers, plays an significant role in professional faculty development. However, such teaching salon still needs some improvement because of some limitations.We can gradually promote mutual study and self -organization of teachers.Topics need to be based on teaching including teachers'personal emotions and psychological development.Furthermore, the perfection of process mechanism is also extremely urgent.
