平顺县自然景观及人文资源特征突出，优势明显，旅游资源种类多、价值高，为旅游资源的开发提供了条件。但也存在着生态环境脆弱、配套设施有限、资源开发单一、旅游人才缺乏等问题。基于问题分析，提出了旅游资源开发要利用“古色、绿色、红色”资源优势，加强管理、完善配套、提升服务、加强合作、拓展市场等对策。

Pingshun county has obvious advantages for its natural landscape and humanistic resources .It also has many kinds of tourism resources and shows great value .All of these provide the condition for the development of tourism resources .But it has some disadvantages , such as the weak ecological environment , limited supporting facilities,unitary development of the resources and the lack of tourism talents .Based on the analysis ,the article put forwards the ideas that the development of the tourism resource should use “ancientry ,green and red” to strengthen the management , perfect the matching , increase the service , reinforce the cooperation and develop the market strategy.
