学习化社会的到来是社会发展的必然潮流，成人教育在学习化的潮流中起着举足轻重的作用，而其人才培养质量的高低是成人教育能否持续保持生机和活力的根源所在。文中从成人教育人才培养模式的问题出发，提出现阶段成人教育的人才培养需要端正培养理念、准确定位培养目标、加强过程管理、完善质量评价等几方面进行改革与创新。

Adult education plays a very important role in the inevitable trend of the coming of a learning society .The quality of the adult students is crucial to the normal existence of adult educa-tion.This paper studies the problem of students cultivation in adult education, suggests the idea that innovation and creation is the key to the current adult education, concerning the ideas of correct concept cultivation, accurate training objective, strengthening process management and completing quality assessment.
