Adult education covers a very wide range, which contains continuing education, vo-cational education, education for senior citizens and other forms of education, but the relevant theory of adult development is inadequate.An psychology analysis of adult development helps to improve the adult education system.Adult education should be based on the theory of personality develop-ment, on the premise of physical and mental development, and the two curriculum system of Sociali-zation and Individualization should be established with the definite concept of Achievement Educa-tion and the Peak Experiences teaching mode, so as to promote the reform and development of Adult Education.
