随着国际金融危机的深化,国内产业的战略性转型与升级,以及成人学历补偿教育的式微,普通高等教育“膨胀性”发展,由此成人高等教育发展日趋严峻。那么成人高等教育如何转型与升级呢?为此,本文基于价值链理论探讨当前成人高等教育存在的问题并依据价值链“四阶段论”对成人高等教育价值链进行了再造,从而首次构建基于顾客需求的成人高等教育价值链模型。

With the deepening of the international financial crisis, the strategic transformation and upgrade of the domestic industries, the decline of adult diploma compensation education, and the "swelling"development of the general higher education, the continuing higher education devel-opment is becoming increasingly serious.So how do the adult higher education transform and up-grade?Based on the value chain theory,this paper analyses the current problems in continuing high-er education, and then suggests a customer-centered value chain model for continuing higher edu-cation based on the four phases of value chain theory.
