目的：探讨中药足浴配合耳穴贴压对剖宫产产妇术后康复的作用。方法将120例剖宫产产妇分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予中药足浴配合耳穴贴压。比较2组术后首次肛门排气时间、恶露量、睡眠质量、宫底高度、食欲情况和对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组首次肛门排气时间早于对照组(t=23.155,P<0.01),恶露量明显少于对照组(t=14.827,P<0.01),情绪、睡眠质量、宫底高度、食欲情况均好于对照组,产妇满意度也明显高于对照组(Z=-4.092,P<0.01)。结论中药足浴联合耳穴贴压能提高剖宫产产妇的生活质量,降低并发症的发生率。
목적：탐토중약족욕배합이혈첩압대부궁산산부술후강복적작용。방법장120례부궁산산부분위대조조화관찰조각60례。대조조진행상규호리,관찰조재대조조적기출상급여중약족욕배합이혈첩압。비교2조술후수차항문배기시간、악로량、수면질량、궁저고도、식욕정황화대호리공작적만의도。결과관찰조수차항문배기시간조우대조조(t=23.155,P<0.01),악로량명현소우대조조(t=14.827,P<0.01),정서、수면질량、궁저고도、식욕정황균호우대조조,산부만의도야명현고우대조조(Z=-4.092,P<0.01)。결론중약족욕연합이혈첩압능제고부궁산산부적생활질량,강저병발증적발생솔。
Objective To investigate the effects of foot bath with traditional Chinese medicine combined with auricular point sticking on rehabilitation after cesarean section.Methods Totally 120 cases of cesarean section were divided into observation group (n=60)and control group (n=60). The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given foot bath with traditional Chinese medicine combined with auricular point sticking.The postoperative anal exhaust time for the first time,amount of lochia,sleep quality,fundal height,appetite and the degree of satisfaction to nursing of two groups were compared.Results The postoperative anal exhaust time for the first time in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group(t=23.155,P<0.01).The amount of lochia in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group(t=14.827,P<0.01).The sleep quality,fundal height,appetite in the observation group were better than that in the control group.The satisfaction to nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(Z=-4.092,P<0.01).Conclusion Foot bath with traditional Chinese medicine combined with auricular point sticking can significantly improve the quality of life of delivery woman with cesarean section and reduce the incidence of complications.
