目的：：观察电针联合耳穴贴压法治疗中风后抑郁的治疗作用。方法：选择60例中风后抑郁症患者，随机分为对照组30例和治疗组30例。对照组选用黛力新口服，治疗组电针联合耳穴贴压法治疗，连续治疗4周，对治疗前后HAMD量表评分。结果：两组治疗均有效，治疗组与对照组疗效相当。结论：电针联合耳穴贴压法治疗中风后抑郁与西药疗效一样，且副作用小。
目的：：觀察電針聯閤耳穴貼壓法治療中風後抑鬱的治療作用。方法：選擇60例中風後抑鬱癥患者，隨機分為對照組30例和治療組30例。對照組選用黛力新口服，治療組電針聯閤耳穴貼壓法治療，連續治療4週，對治療前後HAMD量錶評分。結果：兩組治療均有效，治療組與對照組療效相噹。結論：電針聯閤耳穴貼壓法治療中風後抑鬱與西藥療效一樣，且副作用小。
목적：：관찰전침연합이혈첩압법치료중풍후억욱적치료작용。방법：선택60례중풍후억욱증환자，수궤분위대조조30례화치료조30례。대조조선용대력신구복，치료조전침연합이혈첩압법치료，련속치료4주，대치료전후HAMD량표평분。결과：량조치료균유효，치료조여대조조료효상당。결론：전침연합이혈첩압법치료중풍후억욱여서약료효일양，차부작용소。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical effects of electro-acupuncture combined with auricular-plaster therapy in the treatment of depression after apoplexy. Methods:60 patients with post-stroke depression were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with the Deanxit in oral and electro-acupuncture combined with auricular-plaster therapy was carried out on patients in the treatment group for 4 weeks consecu-tively. The HAMD scale before and after treatment was scored. Results: Both therapies were similarly effective. Conclusion:The electro-acupuncture combined with auricular-plaster therapy for post-stroke depression is as effective as the western medicine therapy, but it has fewer side effects.
