目的：探讨中西医护理在老年气虚型便秘中的应用效果。方法将92例老年气虚型便秘的患者随机分为对照组和实验组各46例,对照组实施西医常规护理,实验组在对照组的基础上实施中医护理。实施2个疗程后,比较2组治疗效果及复发率。结果第二个疗程后实验组治疗效果明显好于对照组(Z=-2.44,P<0.01),其复发率亦低于对照组。结论老年气虚型便秘运用中西医结合护理,治疗效果好,复发率低。
목적：탐토중서의호리재노년기허형편비중적응용효과。방법장92례노년기허형편비적환자수궤분위대조조화실험조각46례,대조조실시서의상규호리,실험조재대조조적기출상실시중의호리。실시2개료정후,비교2조치료효과급복발솔。결과제이개료정후실험조치료효과명현호우대조조(Z=-2.44,P<0.01),기복발솔역저우대조조。결론노년기허형편비운용중서의결합호리,치료효과호,복발솔저。
Objective To study the effects of integrative Chinese and western medicine nursing in elderly patients with Qi-deficiency type constipation. Methods Ninety-two elderly patients with Qi-deficiency constipation were randomly divided into control group (n=46 )and experimental group (n = 46 ). The control group was given regular western nursing, the experimental group was given integrative Chinese and western medicine nursing.After 2 courses of treatment,the effect and recurrence rates were compared between two groups.Results After 2 courses of treatment,the treatment effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(Z=-2.44,P<0.01).The recurrence rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group.Conclusions Integrative Chinese and western medicine nursing in elderly patients with Qi-deficiency type constipation has a good treatment effect and lower recurrence rate.
