在我国,中小学生课业负担过重问题由来已久,其原因复杂,涉及考试制度、学校管理、用人制度、家长观念以及传统文化消极影响等多个主客观因素,成为制约新课程改革,有效实施素质教育,促进学生全面发展的瓶颈。目前关于如何减轻中小学生课业负担主要从改革教育制度、转变教育思想、提高教师素质等方面进行研究,其研究取向更多从外围、制度层面推进。本文试图从心理学的理论视角,分析影响学生课业负担的内在心理因素,探究减轻学生课业负担的内在机制。

재아국,중소학생과업부담과중문제유래이구,기원인복잡,섭급고시제도、학교관리、용인제도、가장관념이급전통문화소겁영향등다개주객관인소,성위제약신과정개혁,유효실시소질교육,촉진학생전면발전적병경。목전관우여하감경중소학생과업부담주요종개혁교육제도、전변교육사상、제고교사소질등방면진행연구,기연구취향경다종외위、제도층면추진。본문시도종심이학적이론시각,분석영향학생과업부담적내재심리인소,탐구감경학생과업부담적내재궤제。
in China, the schoolwork burden overweight problem of primary and secondary school students has existed for a long time.The reasons involve many subj ective and obj ective factors such as the examination system,school management,personnel system,the concepts of parents and the nega-tive influence of traditional culture and so on,which become the bottlenecks of constraints of the new curriculum reform,the effective implementation of the quality education and the promotion of students’ all-round development.Recently,some research was about the reform of the education system,chan-ging the educational ideas,improving the quality of teachers etc.to alleviate students’schoolwork bur-den overweight,whose orientation was from the periphery and the system level.This article attempts to analyze the internal psychological factors and the mechanism of reducing the burden on students from the view of psychology.
