目的:观察电话随访对植入式输液港患者置管期的影响。方法选取2013年6月-2014年7月带输液港出院的肿瘤患者60例,将其随机分为对照组和实验组各30例。2组均进行常规带输液港出院护理指导,实验组增加电话随访,比较2组定期到医院维护率及穿刺点感染、上肢肿胀、堵管的发生率。结果实验组定期到医院维护率明显高于对照组,并发症发生率明显低于对照组,患者输液港知识得分也明显高于对照组。结论电话随访能有效降低植入式输液港肿瘤患者治疗间歇期并发症的发生,对保证输液港的长期使用起到一定的效果。

목적:관찰전화수방대식입식수액항환자치관기적영향。방법선취2013년6월-2014년7월대수액항출원적종류환자60례,장기수궤분위대조조화실험조각30례。2조균진행상규대수액항출원호리지도,실험조증가전화수방,비교2조정기도의원유호솔급천자점감염、상지종창、도관적발생솔。결과실험조정기도의원유호솔명현고우대조조,병발증발생솔명현저우대조조,환자수액항지식득분야명현고우대조조。결론전화수방능유효강저식입식수액항종류환자치료간헐기병발증적발생,대보증수액항적장기사용기도일정적효과。
Objective To observe the effect of telephone follow-up on patients with implanted venous port.Methods Sixty cancer patients discharged from hospital with infusion port during June 2013 to July 2014,were randomly divided into experimental group (n=30)and control group (n=30).The control group was given routine nursing instruction on infusion port,and the experimental group was given telephone follow-up at the base of the control group. The rate of regularly maintenance of patients return to the hospital,puncture point infection,upper limb swelling, plugging of 2 groups were compared.Results The rate of regularly maintenance of patients return to the hospital in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group.The complication rate in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group.Scores of implanted venous port knowledge in the experimental group were significantly higher than that in control group.Conclusion Telephone follow-up can effectively reduce complications of tumor patients with the implantable infusion port during intermittent periods,and play a certain effect on the long-term use of infusion port.
