目的:探讨团体辅导对流动儿童焦虑情绪改善的作用。方法:筛选出56名焦虑评分较高的郑州市流动儿童,按照自愿原则,分成两组:26例接受为期8周、共计8次的团体辅导,作为研究组;30例为对照组,研究期间不接受任何心理干预。所有受试者在研究前及结束后分别接受儿童焦虑情绪障碍筛查表、简易应对方式量表测查。结果:①经过8次团体辅导干预后,研究组在广泛性焦虑因子上得分明显低于对照组得分,差异具有统计学意义(t=-2.017,P<0.05);在躯体化/惊恐因子上,研究组得分低于对照组得分,差异具有显著的统计学意义( t=-4.389, P<0.01);在分离性焦虑因子上研究组得分低于对照组得分,差异具有显著的统计学意义( t=-3.690,P<0.01);②经过8次团体辅导干预后,研究组的积极应对方式得分高于对照组得分,差异具有显著的统计学意义(t=3.149, P<0.01)。结论:团体辅导能有效改善流动儿童的焦虑情绪,促进其积极应对压力。
目的:探討糰體輔導對流動兒童焦慮情緒改善的作用。方法:篩選齣56名焦慮評分較高的鄭州市流動兒童,按照自願原則,分成兩組:26例接受為期8週、共計8次的糰體輔導,作為研究組;30例為對照組,研究期間不接受任何心理榦預。所有受試者在研究前及結束後分彆接受兒童焦慮情緒障礙篩查錶、簡易應對方式量錶測查。結果:①經過8次糰體輔導榦預後,研究組在廣汎性焦慮因子上得分明顯低于對照組得分,差異具有統計學意義(t=-2.017,P<0.05);在軀體化/驚恐因子上,研究組得分低于對照組得分,差異具有顯著的統計學意義( t=-4.389, P<0.01);在分離性焦慮因子上研究組得分低于對照組得分,差異具有顯著的統計學意義( t=-3.690,P<0.01);②經過8次糰體輔導榦預後,研究組的積極應對方式得分高于對照組得分,差異具有顯著的統計學意義(t=3.149, P<0.01)。結論:糰體輔導能有效改善流動兒童的焦慮情緒,促進其積極應對壓力。

Objective: To explore the importance of group therapy for anxiety emotions in migrant children.Methods:56 migrant children were assigned into two groups.In study group,26 migrant chil-dren were accepted group therapy for 8 times.In control study,30 migrant children were accepted no ther-apy.All subjects were accepted the Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders,Simplified Cop-ing Style Questionnaire before and after study.Results:①The score of generalized anxiety in study group were lower than that in control group after group therapy(t=-2.017,P<0.05).The score of somatic/panic in study group was lower than that in control group after group therapy ( t=-4.389,P<0 0.1) .The score of separation anxiety in study group was lower than that in control group after group therapy ( t=-3.690,P<0.01).②The score of positive coping style in study group was higher than that in control group after group therapy(t=3 .149,P<0.01).Conclusion:Group therapy is a good method for migrant children to improve anxiety emotion and positively cope stress.
