目的：：探讨前列地尔注射液联合鼠神经生长因子治疗特发性面神经麻痹的疗效观察。方法：选取2011年2月~2013年6月间在某院诊疗的面神经炎患者80例,随机划分为试验组和对照组,试验组在常规治疗基础上加用前列地尔注射液联合鼠神经生长因子治疗,对照组给予常规治疗,观察两组疗效及肌电图改变。结果：House-Brackmann 疗效分析,治疗组和对照组间比较有差异性(P <0.05),肌电图提示2组 CMAP 波幅均较前恢复,R1潜伏期均较前缩短,且试验组较对照组改善明显。结论：前列地尔注射液联合鼠神经生长因子治疗特发性面神经麻痹临床效果更好,值得应用。
목적：：탐토전렬지이주사액연합서신경생장인자치료특발성면신경마비적료효관찰。방법：선취2011년2월~2013년6월간재모원진료적면신경염환자80례,수궤화분위시험조화대조조,시험조재상규치료기출상가용전렬지이주사액연합서신경생장인자치료,대조조급여상규치료,관찰량조료효급기전도개변。결과：House-Brackmann 료효분석,치료조화대조조간비교유차이성(P <0.05),기전도제시2조 CMAP 파폭균교전회복,R1잠복기균교전축단,차시험조교대조조개선명현。결론：전렬지이주사액연합서신경생장인자치료특발성면신경마비림상효과경호,치득응용。
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of alprostadil injection combined with mouse nerve growth factors on idiopathic facial palsy.Methods:Select 80 patients diagnosed with facial Neuritis in our hos-pital during the period from February 201 1 to June 2013 and randomly divide them into experiment group and control group.The experiment group were added with alprostadil injection combined with mouse nerve growth factors based on conventional treatment while the control group were treated with conventional thera-py.Observe the curative effect and the changes of electromyogram in both group.Results:According to House-Brackmann scale,there were differences between treatment group and control group(P <0.05),elec-tromyogram showed that the amplitude of CMAP had recovered compared with that before in both group, and the latency of R1 had become Shorter than before,and the improvement in experiment group was more obvious(P <0.05).Conclusion:Clinically,it is more effective to treat idiopathic facial palsy with alprostadil injection combined with mouse nerve growth factors,it is worthy of application.
