设计了基于LabVIEW的轴承试验机测控系统,实现了对轴承温度、振动、系统压力、加载载荷等试验数据的实时采集、处理、分析、记录及保存,并可对试验机主轴转速、加载载荷、润滑温度等进行精确控制,同时具有互锁、报警、急停等一系列保护功能。试验结果表明:基于LabVIEW的轴承试验机测控系统具有运行稳定可靠、控制精度高、系统操作简单等优点。
設計瞭基于LabVIEW的軸承試驗機測控繫統,實現瞭對軸承溫度、振動、繫統壓力、加載載荷等試驗數據的實時採集、處理、分析、記錄及保存,併可對試驗機主軸轉速、加載載荷、潤滑溫度等進行精確控製,同時具有互鎖、報警、急停等一繫列保護功能。試驗結果錶明:基于LabVIEW的軸承試驗機測控繫統具有運行穩定可靠、控製精度高、繫統操作簡單等優點。
설계료기우LabVIEW적축승시험궤측공계통,실현료대축승온도、진동、계통압력、가재재하등시험수거적실시채집、처리、분석、기록급보존,병가대시험궤주축전속、가재재하、윤활온도등진행정학공제,동시구유호쇄、보경、급정등일계렬보호공능。시험결과표명:기우LabVIEW적축승시험궤측공계통구유운행은정가고、공제정도고、계통조작간단등우점。
A measurement and control system for bearing tester is designed based on LabVIEW.The real-time collec-tion,processing,analysis,recording and saving of test data are realized,such as temperature,vibration,system pres-sure and load of bearings.The spindle speed,load,lubrication temperature of tester are accurately controlled,and the tester also has a series of protection function,such as interlock,alarm,sudden stop and so on.The test results show that the measurement and control system for bearing tester based on LabVIEW has advantages of stable and reliable op-eration,high control accuracy,simple system operation,etc.
