The high carbon chromium bearing steel from same furnace number is designed and manufactured to samples with four different shapes,and the magnetic particle inspection is carried out.The results show that the banded carbide in different layers of raw materials is displayed clearly and comprehensively by using multi-step asymmetric tower sam-ple,which is helpful to reduce scrap rate.
