以轮毂轴承径向直通式迷宫密封结构为研究对象,应用流体力学仿真分析软件研究了不同齿型角的迷宫流场和不同压比下泄漏量随齿型角的变化规律。结果表明:当其他结构尺寸一定时,相同压比下,泄漏量随齿型角的增大先减小后增大,即存在最佳齿型角使得泄漏量最小;当压比增大时,最佳齿型角仍存在,但其值减小。

Taking the radial straight-through labyrinth seals of hub bearings as the research object,the variation rules for labyrinth flow field with different tooth angles and the amount of leakage under different pressure ratio with tooth an-gle are investigated by using fluid dynamics simulation analysis software.The results indicate that when other structure size remains constant,the amount of leakage presents a decrease at the start,and then an increase as the tooth angle increase under same pressure ratio,that means there is an optimal tooth angle makes the smallest amount of leak-age.When pressure ratio increases,the best tooth angle still exists,but its value will decrease.
