对不同热处理工艺条件下的钢球,以及未经过和经过表面喷丸强化加工的成品钢球的应力分布状态进行了测试。结果表明:热处理后,钢球的应力分布状态与热处理炉内的碳势和基体碳含量的差值有关;未经过强化工艺的钢球表面有较高的压应力,经过强化工艺的钢球次表面出现强化峰值,有利于提高钢球寿命。
對不同熱處理工藝條件下的鋼毬,以及未經過和經過錶麵噴汍彊化加工的成品鋼毬的應力分佈狀態進行瞭測試。結果錶明:熱處理後,鋼毬的應力分佈狀態與熱處理爐內的碳勢和基體碳含量的差值有關;未經過彊化工藝的鋼毬錶麵有較高的壓應力,經過彊化工藝的鋼毬次錶麵齣現彊化峰值,有利于提高鋼毬壽命。

The stress distribution state is tested for steel balls under different heat treatment conditions and finished steel balls before and after surface shot peening strengthening process.The results show that the stress distribution state of steel balls is related to difference value between carbon potential in heat treatment furnace and carbon content in ma-trix after heat treatment.The surface of steel balls have higher compressive stress before strengthening process,and strengthening peak value appear in the subsurface of steel balls after strengthening process,which is helpful to improve life of steel balls.
