目的：探讨综合护理干预对鼻咽癌放疗患者心理状态和生活质量的影响。方法：对我院2012年3月－2013年5月收治的81例鼻咽癌放疗患者进行综合护理干预，采用焦虑自评量表（ SAS）和抑郁自评量表（ SDS）和生活质量量表（ QLQ－C30），分别对鼻咽癌病人护理干预前后进行全面测量与评估。结果：①护理干预后鼻咽癌放疗患者的SAS和SDS评分均显著低于干预前（t＝5．564，4．663；P＜0．05）；②护理干预后鼻咽癌放疗患者躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、认知功能、社会功能、总健康状况6个方面评分均高于干预前（ t ＝-4．216，-3．652，-3．283，-3．878，-2．496，-4．315；P＜0．05）。结论：采用综合护理干预能够有效改善患者的不良情绪，减轻放疗的副反应，提高鼻咽癌患者的生活质量。
目的：探討綜閤護理榦預對鼻嚥癌放療患者心理狀態和生活質量的影響。方法：對我院2012年3月－2013年5月收治的81例鼻嚥癌放療患者進行綜閤護理榦預，採用焦慮自評量錶（ SAS）和抑鬱自評量錶（ SDS）和生活質量量錶（ QLQ－C30），分彆對鼻嚥癌病人護理榦預前後進行全麵測量與評估。結果：①護理榦預後鼻嚥癌放療患者的SAS和SDS評分均顯著低于榦預前（t＝5．564，4．663；P＜0．05）；②護理榦預後鼻嚥癌放療患者軀體功能、角色功能、情緒功能、認知功能、社會功能、總健康狀況6箇方麵評分均高于榦預前（ t ＝-4．216，-3．652，-3．283，-3．878，-2．496，-4．315；P＜0．05）。結論：採用綜閤護理榦預能夠有效改善患者的不良情緒，減輕放療的副反應，提高鼻嚥癌患者的生活質量。
목적：탐토종합호리간예대비인암방료환자심리상태화생활질량적영향。방법：대아원2012년3월－2013년5월수치적81례비인암방료환자진행종합호리간예，채용초필자평량표（ SAS）화억욱자평량표（ SDS）화생활질량량표（ QLQ－C30），분별대비인암병인호리간예전후진행전면측량여평고。결과：①호리간예후비인암방료환자적SAS화SDS평분균현저저우간예전（t＝5．564，4．663；P＜0．05）；②호리간예후비인암방료환자구체공능、각색공능、정서공능、인지공능、사회공능、총건강상황6개방면평분균고우간예전（ t ＝-4．216，-3．652，-3．283，-3．878，-2．496，-4．315；P＜0．05）。결론：채용종합호리간예능구유효개선환자적불량정서，감경방료적부반응，제고비인암환자적생활질량。
Objective:To study effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on psychological state and quality of life in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma during radiotherapy.Methods:From March 2012 to May 2013 ,a total of 81 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma in our hospital were treated com-prehensive nursing intervention and patients were given full measurement and assessment respectively be-fore and after nursing intervention by using SAS,SDS and QLQ-C30 scales.Results:①After interven-tion,SAS and SDS scores of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were significantly lower than those before intervention(t=5.564,4.663;P<0.05).②After intervention,the scores of physical function, role function,emotional function,cognitive function,social function and overall health status of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were significantly higher than those before intervention ( t =-4.216,-3.652,-3.283,-3.878,-2.496,-4.315;P <0.05 ) .Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the psychological stress and radiation adverse reaction of patients with nasopharyn-geal carcinoma,and improve their quality of life.
