针对8Cr4Mo4V高温钢制薄壁轴承套圈在热处理过程中易产生变形、翘曲及锥度等问题,通过真空渗碳炉高压气淬热处理工艺,在保证淬透性的同时,显著减小套圈的变形、翘曲及锥度。结果表明:与普通真空炉油淬相比,高压气淬可使套圈尺寸变形率降低约50%,锥度可控制在0.15 mm以内,显著提高了产品合格率。
針對8Cr4Mo4V高溫鋼製薄壁軸承套圈在熱處理過程中易產生變形、翹麯及錐度等問題,通過真空滲碳爐高壓氣淬熱處理工藝,在保證淬透性的同時,顯著減小套圈的變形、翹麯及錐度。結果錶明:與普通真空爐油淬相比,高壓氣淬可使套圈呎吋變形率降低約50%,錐度可控製在0.15 mm以內,顯著提高瞭產品閤格率。
침대8Cr4Mo4V고온강제박벽축승투권재열처리과정중역산생변형、교곡급추도등문제,통과진공삼탄로고압기쉬열처리공예,재보증쉬투성적동시,현저감소투권적변형、교곡급추도。결과표명:여보통진공로유쉬상비,고압기쉬가사투권척촌변형솔강저약50%,추도가공제재0.15 mm이내,현저제고료산품합격솔。
Aiming at distortion problems about thin-wall bearing rings made of high temperature steel 8Cr4Mo4V dur-ing heat treatment process,the distortion of rings are greatly reduced through high pressure gas quenching process in vacuum carburizing furnace while ensuring hardenability.The results show that compared with oil quenching in general vacuum furnace,the elliptical distortion of rings can be reduced about 50%by high pressure gas quenching,the taper can be controlled within 0.15 mm,and the qualified rate of products is greatly improved.
