对铁路货车缺陷轴承边界条件进行合理的假设,建立铁路货车缺陷轴承的三维接触模型。以点缺陷为例,采用LS-DYNA对存在缺陷的铁路货车轴承的接触应力进行计算,编制参数化的计算程序,方便、直观地得出了轴承内外圈以及滚动体不同部位的应力,计算结果与Hertz理论解一致,表明模型的建立以及约束条件的设置准确、合理。利用该模型对铁路货车缺陷轴承进行动力学分析,计算结果为滚动轴承的设计和优化提供了依据,计算方法也便于工程应用。

The three-dimensional contact model of bearings with defects for railway freight is established according to reasonable assumptions on boundary conditions.Taking the point defects as example,the contact stress of the bearings is calculated by LS-DYNA,and the parametric calculation program is drawn.The stress of inner and outer rings of bearings and different locations in rolling elements are obtained conveniently and intuitively.The calculation result is consistent with Hertz theoretical solution,and the establishment of model and setting of constraint condition are accurate and reasonable.The bearings is dynamically analyzed by using model,the calculation result provides a basis for design and optimization of rolling bearings,the calculation method is also convenient for engineering applications.
