为研究某汽车变速器输出轴轴承在不同载荷工况下的接触特性,以Hertz接触理论为分析依据,在Romax软件中建立了变速器的三维简化模型,并在该软件中计算出了轴承内外圈在不同载荷工况下的接触应力。结果表明:轴承在不同工况下的接触应力比较符合Hertz接触理论,但内外滚道接触应力分布不均,存在偏载现象;其他条件相同的条件下,挡位越小,滚道最大接触应力越大。

In order to study contact characteristics of output shaft bearings for automobile transmission under different load operating conditions,the three -dimensional simplified model for transmission is established in software Romax based on Hertz contact theory.The contact stress of inner and outer rings of bearings under different load operating con-ditions is calculated by software Romax.The results show that the contact stress of bearings conforms to Hertz contact theory,but the contact stress of inner and outer raceways is distributed unevenly and the partial load phenomenon is ex-isted.The variation relationship between maximum contact stress of inner and outer rings of bearings and gears is also obtained under actual operating conditions.
