目的:验证大学生抗挫折能力的5因子模型,编制一套测量学指标良好的大学生抗挫折能力问卷。方法:在全国11所高校调查了1442名大一到大四的本科生,采用SPSS 11.5对所得数据进行探索性因子分析及信度分析,采用AMOS 5.0进行验证性因子分析。结果:①探索性因子分析(χ2=5855.21,df=253,P<0.00;KMO=0.89)表明大学生抗挫折能力问卷可分为自我疏导能力、人际交往能力、问题解决能力、支持寻求能力和压力承受能力5个维度;②验证性因子分析(χ2/df=4.06,NFI=0.87;TLI=0.88;CFI=0.90;RMSEA=0.06)表明5因子模型拟合良好;③大学生抗挫折能力问卷具有良好的信度(克伦巴赫α=0.52~0.88)。结论:大学生抗挫折能力包括自我疏导能力、人际交往能力、问题解决能力、支持寻求能力和压力承受能力5个维度;大学生抗挫折能力问卷具有较好的信度和效度。

목적:험증대학생항좌절능력적5인자모형,편제일투측량학지표량호적대학생항좌절능력문권。방법:재전국11소고교조사료1442명대일도대사적본과생,채용SPSS 11.5대소득수거진행탐색성인자분석급신도분석,채용AMOS 5.0진행험증성인자분석。결과:①탐색성인자분석(χ2=5855.21,df=253,P<0.00;KMO=0.89)표명대학생항좌절능력문권가분위자아소도능력、인제교왕능력、문제해결능력、지지심구능력화압력승수능력5개유도;②험증성인자분석(χ2/df=4.06,NFI=0.87;TLI=0.88;CFI=0.90;RMSEA=0.06)표명5인자모형의합량호;③대학생항좌절능력문권구유량호적신도(극륜파혁α=0.52~0.88)。결론:대학생항좌절능력포괄자아소도능력、인제교왕능력、문제해결능력、지지심구능력화압력승수능력5개유도;대학생항좌절능력문권구유교호적신도화효도。
Objective:To verify the five-factor model of college students'anti-frustration ability,and to develop a questionnaire with acceptable reliability and validity.Methods:Investigating 1,442 partici-pants scattering grade 1 to 4 of 11 universities of China.SPSS11.5 was used to conduct exploratory factor analysis,and compute reliability coefficients.AMOS5.0 was used for confirmatory factor analysis.Re-sults:①The results of exploratory factor analysis(χ2 =5855.21,df =253,P<0.00;KMO=0.89) indi-cated that the college students'anti-frustration ability had five factors,i.e.,the self-persuasion ability, the interpersonal interaction ability, the problem -solving ability, the support -seeking ability and the pressure-dispelling ability;②The results of confirmatory factor analysis(χ2/df =4.06,NFI =0.87;TLI =0.88;CFI =0.90;RMSEA =0.06) suggested that the five -factor model fitted the dataset well;③the self-developed questionnaire had acceptable reliability(α=0.52 ~0.88).Conclusion:The college students'anti-frustration ability has five relevant components,they are:the self-persuasion ability,the interpersonal interaction ability,the problem-solving ability,the support-seeking ability and the pressure-dispelling ability.And the questionnaire of the college students'anti-frustration ability has acceptable reliability and validity.
