目的:了解大学生的人际关系困扰与自我和谐的关系,为大学生人际关系的改善及自我和谐水平的提高提供参考。方法:选取贵州省大学生554名,用人际关系综合诊断量表和自我和谐量表( SCCS)进行测查。结果:按SCCS得分将大学生分为3组,即低分组、中间组和高分组,3组大学生在人际关系各因子及总量表上的得分差异均具有统计学意义(F=39.73,29.48,24.09,18.15,55.67;P<0.001)。人际关系及其4个因子得分与SCCS的3个因子得分的相关均具有统计学意义(r=-0.09~0.54,P<0.05)。回归分析显示,自我与经验不和谐得分对人际关系总分具有正向预测作用(β=0.59,P<0.001),自我灵活性得分对人际关系总分具有负向预测作用(β=-0.16, P<0.01)。路径分析显示,自我与经验不和谐和自我灵活性到人际关系各因子的路径系数均有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论:自我与经验不和谐和自我的灵活性可能是影响大学生人际关系的重要因素。

Objective:To explore the relation between interpersonal relationship and self harmony in college students,in order to provide reference for improving their interpersonal relationship and self har-mony.Methods:A total of 554 college students were selected in Guizhou Province.They were assessed with the Interpersonal Relationships Assessment Scale and the Self Consistency and Congruence Scale ( SCCS) .Results:All subjects were divided into three groups according to the score of SCCS,including low group, an intermediate group and the high group.There were significant differences among three groups at the scores of interpersonal relationship and its four factor(F=39.73,29.48,24.09,18.15, 55.67;P<0.001).There were significant correlations between interpersonal relationships(and its four factors) and three factors of SCCS(r=-0.09~0.54,P<0.01).Regression analysis showed that the total score of interpersonal relationship was positively correlated to the score of the discrepancy between self and experience(β=0.59,P<0.001),and was negatively correlated to the score of self flexibility(β=-0.16,P<0.01) .Path analysis showed that there were paths from the discrepancy between self and expe-rience and self flexibility to all factors of interpersonal relationship(P<0.05).Conclusion: The results suggest the discrepancy between self and experience and self flexibility may be related to interpersonal re-lationships in college students.
