目的：了解临床麻醉医师工作倦怠的现状，探讨其工作倦怠的主要影响因素。方法：应用工作倦怠量表、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、一般自我效能感量表对承德市12家医院138名麻醉医师进行调查。结果：麻醉医师在情绪衰竭（t＝2．911，P＜0．01）和个人成就感（t＝14．010，P＜0．01）两个维度得分与M氏常模差异有统计学意义。相关及回归分析显示，焦虑、抑郁、自我效能、学历、职称、工作年限、供职医院是影响麻醉医师工作倦怠的主要影响因素（P＜0．05）。结论：麻醉医师工作倦怠水平较高，且受多种因素影响，因此，各医疗卫生机构应采取有效措施改善麻醉医师的工作倦怠状况，促进其身心健康。

Objective:To know the status of job burnout of anesthesiologist and find the main influen-cing factors of job burnout.Methods:Totally 138 anesthesiologists from twelve hospitals were investigated by Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Service Survey, Self -Rating Anxiety Scale, Self-Rating De-pression Scale and General Self -Efficacy Scale.Results:T -test showed that there were significant differences between anesthesiologists and norm of M's in emotional exhaustion(t=2.911,P<0.01) and personal accomplishment(t =14.010,P <0.01).Correlation analysis and multiple linear regression showed that anxiety,depression,self-efficacy,education level,job title,work experience and workplace were the main predictors of job burnout(P<0.05).Conclusion:The total level of job burnout in anes-thesiologists group is higher than the norm,and it is influenced by various factors.Medical and health in-stitutions need to take effective measures to improve the status of job burnout of anesthesiologists,which will contribute to their physical and mental health.
