目的::探讨优化临床急诊护理的方法。方法:回顾性分析某院门诊部实施急诊优化护理方式前后的护理情况,以护理前情况作为对照组,以护理后情况作为观察组,分别以患者的输液等待时间、患者满意度、护理差错次数及患者投诉次数作为临床观察指标,并使用 SPSS 13.0软件包进行统计学分析。结果:观察组患者平均输液等候平均时间为(13.1±3.4)min,对照组患者为(29.7±4.9)min,P <0.05,组间差异具有统计学意义;观察组患者的护理满意度为91.89%,对照组患者为80.61%,P <0.01,组间差异具有统计学意义;观察组护理人员研究期间未出现护理差错,接到患者投诉3例次,对照组患者在研究期间出现护理差错6例次,接到患者投诉12例次。结论:优化急诊护理方式可有效地减少患者输液等待时间,提高患者的满意度,对于减少急诊患者的投诉次数及护理人员的护理差错次数均具有重要的意义。具有临床推广应用价值。

목적::탐토우화림상급진호리적방법。방법:회고성분석모원문진부실시급진우화호리방식전후적호리정황,이호리전정황작위대조조,이호리후정황작위관찰조,분별이환자적수액등대시간、환자만의도、호리차착차수급환자투소차수작위림상관찰지표,병사용 SPSS 13.0연건포진행통계학분석。결과:관찰조환자평균수액등후평균시간위(13.1±3.4)min,대조조환자위(29.7±4.9)min,P <0.05,조간차이구유통계학의의;관찰조환자적호리만의도위91.89%,대조조환자위80.61%,P <0.01,조간차이구유통계학의의;관찰조호리인원연구기간미출현호리차착,접도환자투소3례차,대조조환자재연구기간출현호리차착6례차,접도환자투소12례차。결론:우화급진호리방식가유효지감소환자수액등대시간,제고환자적만의도,대우감소급진환자적투소차수급호리인원적호리차착차수균구유중요적의의。구유림상추엄응용개치。
Objective:To investigate methods to optimize emergency nursing.Methods:Analyze the Nurs-ing situation of the patients who have been treated with optimized emergency nursing in out Patient depart-ment in our hospital,take the situation before nursing as the control group amd the situation after nursing as the observation group,and take patients'waiting time for transfusion ,their satisfaction the times of nursing error ,the compliant times as clinical observation indexes,and make Statistical analysis with SPSS 13.0.Re-sult:The average waiting time for transfusion in observation group was (13.1 ±3.4)min and the figure was (29.7±4.9)min in control group,P <0.05,the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant;in observation group,patients'satisfaction degree Was 91.89% and that of the control group was 80.61%.P<0.01,the difference was statistically Significant,in observation group,no nursing errors occurred and 3 times of compliant were received from patients,during study,6 times of nursing occurred and 12 times of of compliant were received .Conclusion:Optimized emergency nursing methods can effectively reduce patients' waiting time for Transfusion and improve their satisfaction and it is significant to reduce compliant and nurs-ing errors,and it is valuable and worthy of clinical promotion.
