目的：探讨分析综合康复疗法治疗急性脑卒中的疗效及安全性评价。方法：选取2013年9月至2014年9月在我院治疗的急性脑卒中患者共56例，进行回顾性分析，分成两组，进行综合康复疗法的30个病例设为实验组，进行传统疗法的26个病例设为对照组；分析比较两组患者治疗效果和对神经功能缺损进行评分，总结不良反应情况。结果：实验组患者治疗效果明显好于对照组，实验组神经功能缺损评分明显低于对照组，实验组没有明显的不良反应情况。结论：对于急性脑卒中患者，综合康复疗法可以明显提高护理效果，改善神经功能缺损情况，降低急性脑卒中患者的不良反应，使患者的生活质量得到明显的提高。
目的：探討分析綜閤康複療法治療急性腦卒中的療效及安全性評價。方法：選取2013年9月至2014年9月在我院治療的急性腦卒中患者共56例，進行迴顧性分析，分成兩組，進行綜閤康複療法的30箇病例設為實驗組，進行傳統療法的26箇病例設為對照組；分析比較兩組患者治療效果和對神經功能缺損進行評分，總結不良反應情況。結果：實驗組患者治療效果明顯好于對照組，實驗組神經功能缺損評分明顯低于對照組，實驗組沒有明顯的不良反應情況。結論：對于急性腦卒中患者，綜閤康複療法可以明顯提高護理效果，改善神經功能缺損情況，降低急性腦卒中患者的不良反應，使患者的生活質量得到明顯的提高。
목적：탐토분석종합강복요법치료급성뇌졸중적료효급안전성평개。방법：선취2013년9월지2014년9월재아원치료적급성뇌졸중환자공56례，진행회고성분석，분성량조，진행종합강복요법적30개병례설위실험조，진행전통요법적26개병례설위대조조；분석비교량조환자치료효과화대신경공능결손진행평분，총결불량반응정황。결과：실험조환자치료효과명현호우대조조，실험조신경공능결손평분명현저우대조조，실험조몰유명현적불량반응정황。결론：대우급성뇌졸중환자，종합강복요법가이명현제고호리효과，개선신경공능결손정황，강저급성뇌졸중환자적불량반응，사환자적생활질량득도명현적제고。
Objective: To evaluate clinical effects and safety of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of acute cerebral apoplexy. Methods: Clinical data of 56 cases that were treated with acute cerebral apoplexy in our hospital from September 2013 to September 2014were retrospectively analyzed. 30 patients who were treated with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy were chosen as the experiment group and 26 cases that were implemented with the traditional therapy were enrolled as the control group. Then the curative effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. The neurological impairment of the two groups was scored. Besides, a summary of adverse reactions in two groups was also carried out. Results: The curative effect of the experiment group was remarkably better than that of the control group, but the score of the neurological impairment in experiment group was significantly lower than that of the control group. Moreover, no significant adverse reactions were examined in the experiment group. Conclusion: Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy can improve the nursing effects and neurologic conditions of patients with acute cerebral apoplexy. What's more, it can also reduce their adverse reactions. Finally, the life quality of patients can be significantly improved.
