科技园区在区域经济发展和创新系统构建中处于重要地位，科技园区内众多主体的协同创新行为能够促进园区内企业整体创新水平的提升。影响科技园区协同创新既有外部因素（政策环境、区域环境、市场和技术环境），也有内部因素（企业自身因素、科技园区产业布局情况、科技园区协同创新网络结构、科技园区的创新环境）。促进科技园区的协同创新，应从以下几个方面采取措施：1．政府与科技园区管理机构要制定科学合理的创新促进政策，促进技术、信息以及人员的合理化流动；2．完善科技园区基础设施建设，搭建信息共享平台；3．科技园区内各个企业主体要适当调整自身的意愿与战略，促进技术、信息与人员的流动，把溢出效应控制在合理范围内，促进协同创新整体水平的提升。

Playing a vital role in district economic development and innovation system construction,science and technology parks relying on collaborative innovation of their inner multi-subject could realize the promotion of the overall innovation level.Stated from the subjects within the science and technology parks of China,interpretive structure model is applied to analyze the impacting factors for collaborative innovation.The results show that the level of collaborative innovation net-work is the core factor,directly impacting the integral collaborative innovation of science and technology parks.Based on it,some relevant advices are put forward.
