目的：探讨采用后路椎弓根钉钉棒系统治疗脊柱骨折的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析患者治疗前后的临床资料。结果：所有患者术后随访24个月，术后患者椎体前缘高度及后缘高度均显著高于术前，差异显著（P＜0.05）；术后Cobb角较之于术前更小，前后差异明显（P＜0.05）。结论：采用后路椎弓根钉钉棒系统治疗脊柱骨折，效果肯定，具推广意义。

목적：탐토채용후로추궁근정정봉계통치료척주골절적림상효과。방법：회고성분석환자치료전후적림상자료。결과：소유환자술후수방24개월，술후환자추체전연고도급후연고도균현저고우술전，차이현저（P＜0.05）；술후Cobb각교지우술전경소，전후차이명현（P＜0.05）。결론：채용후로추궁근정정봉계통치료척주골절，효과긍정，구추엄의의。
To discuss the posterior pedicle nailing system for treatment of spinal fractures.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of patients before and after treatment.Results All patients receied for up to 24 months of follow-up, patients with postoperative fanterior flange height and trailing edge height is significantly higher than that of preoperative, significant difference (P < 0.05); Cobb angle smaller than preoperative, postoperative significant difference before and after operation (P < 0.05).Conclusion The spinal fractures treated by posterior pedicle screw nail rod system, effect and significance for popularization.
