对某 EPS 企业生产岗位或工种存在的粉尘、毒物、噪声、工频电场等职业病危害因素进行现场调查和检测,通过对其工艺流程及相关设备的操作过程进行分析,确认生产过程中的职业病危害因素产生的原因及分布。通过对检测结果数据进行分析与讨论,找到 EPS 企业职业病危害因素来源,了解其职业病危害控制效果,确认 EPS 企业职业病危害因素关键控制点,为在建或已建 EPS 企业提供职业危害因素预防措施。

Site investigation and testing production jobs in the enterprises in the production of EPS process might produce dust, toxins, noise, power frequency electric field and other occupational hazards. Analyzed by the process and the equipment operation, the cause and distribution of occupational hazards generated in the production process were confirmed. Through analysis and discussion of test results, the source of occupational hazards which in expandable polystyrene (EPS) enterprises was found to understand the control effect of occupational hazards, and confirm the critical control points of occupational hazards which in expandable polystyrene (EPS) enterprise. The result will benefit to the subsequent for reducing occupational hazard in the expandable polystyrene (EPS) enterprise.
