[目的]探讨心理干预对维持性血液透析(MHD)病人抑郁障碍的影响。[方法]选取在我院行维持性血液透析的80例病人并随机分为干预组和对照组各40例，对照组采用常规健康教育方法，干预组在常规健康教育的基础上实施为期16周的心理干预，干预前后比较两组抑郁自评量表(SDS)及症状自评量表(SCL 90)评分情况。[结果]干预后干预组 SDS 评分及 SCL 90量表的躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖因子评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。[结论]心理干预能有效改善维持性血液透析病人的抑郁状态。
[목적]탐토심리간예대유지성혈액투석(MHD)병인억욱장애적영향。[방법]선취재아원행유지성혈액투석적80례병인병수궤분위간예조화대조조각40례，대조조채용상규건강교육방법，간예조재상규건강교육적기출상실시위기16주적심리간예，간예전후비교량조억욱자평량표(SDS)급증상자평량표(SCL 90)평분정황。[결과]간예후간예조 SDS 평분급 SCL 90량표적구체화、억욱、초필、공포인자평분균저우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P <0.05)。[결론]심리간예능유효개선유지성혈액투석병인적억욱상태。
Objective:To probe into the influence of psychological intervention on depression disorder of patients accepting maintenance hemodialysis (MHD).Method:A total of 80 cases undergoing MHD in our hospital were selected and divided into intervention group and control group randomly 40 cases each.Patients in control group were adopted health education as routine.Patients in intervention group were carried out psychological interven-tion for 1 6 weeks based on the routine health education.Then scorings of self depression scale (SDS)and SCL 90 of the two groups cases were compared before and after the intervention.Results:After the intervention,SDS scores and scores of factors of somatization,depression,anxiety and phobias of SCL 90 of intervention group cases Conclusion:Psychological intervention can effectively improve the depression state of patients undergoing MHD. were all lower than that of the control group.There were significant statistical differences between then(P <0.05).
