在研究国内外危化品道路运输风险研究现状的基础上,尝试应用 PHAST 软件对危化品道路运输进行定量风险评估。通过分析危化品道路运输定量风险的主要影响因素,构建了风险计算的基本模型,并通过实例模拟,分析运输车辆发生危险物质泄漏事故时,危险源的泄漏扩散情况及当遇到点火源发生火灾爆炸时对周边人员及环境的后果影响,计算其产生的个人风险和社会风险,旨在为优化运输路径、控制运输风险提供定量依据。
在研究國內外危化品道路運輸風險研究現狀的基礎上,嘗試應用 PHAST 軟件對危化品道路運輸進行定量風險評估。通過分析危化品道路運輸定量風險的主要影響因素,構建瞭風險計算的基本模型,併通過實例模擬,分析運輸車輛髮生危險物質洩漏事故時,危險源的洩漏擴散情況及噹遇到點火源髮生火災爆炸時對週邊人員及環境的後果影響,計算其產生的箇人風險和社會風險,旨在為優化運輸路徑、控製運輸風險提供定量依據。

On the basis of analysis and research of the status quo of risk assessment of road transport of dangerous chemicals, a model of quantitative risk assessment was established by using the PHAST software, taking into account the factors affecting road transport safety of dangerous chemicals. By a case study, scenario simulation and analysis of the potential impact of dangerous materials on the surrounding people and environment were studied when hazardous gases or liquids were released in a road accident and diffused in an area where ignition sources existed. By using the PHAST software, the consequence of a fire, explosion or inhalation of toxic gases was quantitatively evaluated, and their individual risks and social risks were calculated. Through the data analysis, further suggestions for preventing similar accidents and incidents were proposed.
