目的：探讨采用锁定钛板治疗跟骨关节内骨折的疗效。方法：对18例（20足）闭合性跟骨关节内骨折患者采用切开复位锁定钛板内固定治疗。结果：本组术后18例全部获得随访。所有患者无内固定失败者，骨折均获得骨性愈合。按照Maryland足部评分系统进行评价，优良率为85%。术后切口皮缘部分坏死1足，切口感染裂开1足，经换药后愈合；足跟疼痛2足，佩戴足跟垫后缓解；1足术后并发距下关节创伤性关节炎，距下关节内注射后缓解。结论：锁定钛板内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折疗效可靠。
目的：探討採用鎖定鈦闆治療跟骨關節內骨摺的療效。方法：對18例（20足）閉閤性跟骨關節內骨摺患者採用切開複位鎖定鈦闆內固定治療。結果：本組術後18例全部穫得隨訪。所有患者無內固定失敗者，骨摺均穫得骨性愈閤。按照Maryland足部評分繫統進行評價，優良率為85%。術後切口皮緣部分壞死1足，切口感染裂開1足，經換藥後愈閤；足跟疼痛2足，珮戴足跟墊後緩解；1足術後併髮距下關節創傷性關節炎，距下關節內註射後緩解。結論：鎖定鈦闆內固定治療跟骨關節內骨摺療效可靠。
목적：탐토채용쇄정태판치료근골관절내골절적료효。방법：대18례（20족）폐합성근골관절내골절환자채용절개복위쇄정태판내고정치료。결과：본조술후18례전부획득수방。소유환자무내고정실패자，골절균획득골성유합。안조Maryland족부평분계통진행평개，우량솔위85%。술후절구피연부분배사1족，절구감염렬개1족，경환약후유합；족근동통2족，패대족근점후완해；1족술후병발거하관절창상성관절염，거하관절내주사후완해。결론：쇄정태판내고정치료근골관절내골절료효가고。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Intra-articular calcaneal fractures by locking titanium plate.Methods18 patients (20 feet) with intra-articular calcaneal fractures were treated with open reduction and inter fixation with locking titaniun plate.ResultsAll 18 cases were follow-up. All patients were no failure of internal fixation and achieved bone union. According to Maryland foot score system, the excellent and good rate were 85%. The wound margin of 1 foot was partial necrosis and infected incisional wound dehiscence of 1 foot, and healed after dressing change. Heel pain of 2 feet were relieved after wearing the heel pad. 1 foot suffered from subtalar joint traumatic arthritis after operation, it was relieved after injection in subtalar joints.ConclusionInter fixation of locking titanium plate is an effective method to treat intra-articular calcaneal fractures.
