热载体加热炉因其安全和节能的特性现已广泛应用于化工行业领域中,为装置生产运行提供大量热能,提高了能量的利用率,降低了能耗[1]。目前,行业中热载体加热炉主要分为 PLC 控制和 DCS 控制。本文主要讲述了两者的对比及中海油东方石化有限责任公司热载体加热炉采用意高燃烧器和 DCS 控制系统相结合实现的自动化控制。

Because of the characteristics of safety and energy efficiency, the heat carrier furnace has been widely applied in the field of chemical industry to provide a large amount of thermal energy for device operation, improve the utilization of energy, and reduce the energy consumption. At present, the heat carrier furnace consists of PLC in the industry control and DCS control, and the contrast of these two was discussed. Ego burner and DCS control system was used in heat carrier furnace of CNOOC Dongfang Petrochemical Co. , Ltd. to realize the combination of automatic control.
