为提升除尘器除尘效率,达到环保烟气排放要求,镇海发电厂对4台燃煤机组烟气除尘器进行了改造,由单一的电除尘改造为电除尘作为前级,布袋除尘作为后级组成电袋复合除尘系统。经过改造之后,除尘效率由原先的99.3%~99.5%提升至99.9%,烟尘排放浓度由100 mg/m3以上降低到20 mg/m3以下,达到国家环保要求的排放标准,例举了运行中常见的缺陷及处理方法。

In order to improve the efficiency of dust precipitator to meet national gas emission requirement, gas precipitators of four coal-fired units in Zhenhai Power Plant are renovated: the dust precipitator is trans-formed from single dust precipitation to composite electric-bag dust precipitation system comprising an upper-level electric precipitation and a lower-level cloth bag precipitator. After renovation, the precipitation efficien-cy is raised from 99.3%~99.5%to 99.9%, and gas emission concentration is reduced from more than 100 mg/m3 to 20 mg/m3, which meets the emission standard of national environmental protection requirement. The paper also gives some examples of common defects and treatment methods.
